Enrollment process

At the St. Charles Children's Learning Center, applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

To begin the enrollment process, please submit an application form:

Once your application has been received, we will contact you to inform you of your child's status.  If your child is placed on our waiting list, you will be notified when a space becomes available for them.

To complete the enrollment process, the St. Charles Children's Learning Center requires:

  • $100 non-refundable enrollment fee
  • One-week deposit (CSM students excluded)
  • Proof of CSM student status (if applicable)
  • Complete enrollment paperwork
